Confidentiality Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Introduction<\/b><\/span>
\nStarting with 25 May 2018, Regulation No.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>679\/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/span>GDPR<\/b>\u201d) applicable in all Member States of the European Union\u00a0comes into force. In this regard, we adopted this<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Confidentiality<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Policy<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in order to align with the provisions of the new regulation.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

2. Who are we?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

The data controller is EU.TRA.LOG.REMI SRL, based in Resita Municipality, str. 3. How do we collect personal data?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Directly<\/b>: we obtain personal data directly from<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>you<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>when you visit our headquarters<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>by filling out the online contact forms<\/span>, <\/span>when you call us by<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>phone,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>e-mail<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>us and\/or send us your CV.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Indirectly<\/b>: As<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>a rule, we obtain personal data of individuals indirectly within the contractual relationship, necessary for the provision of our services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
